Programs Available thru Wichita Transit

  • The Access to Jobs Program provides rides to and from work for low-income individuals thru agreements with human service agencies in the area.
  • The Half-Fare Program entitles qualified individuals to ride regular fixed-route buses for half the regular fare. After an application is submitted to Wichita Transit and acceptance into the program is complete, a special ID card is issued that has to be shown to the bus driver when boarding in order to receive reduced fare privileges.
